E. Configure wireless connection in Windows 2000

After installing the adapter, the adapter's tray icon will appear in your system

tray. To use the Wireless Lite-N Client Utility, double-click it. The steps for windows

2000 and windows XP are very similar. Please refer to “a Configure using Wireless

Lite-N Client Utility” in “C Configure wireless connection in Windows XP”.

F. Software Installation for Windows Vista

1. Insert the Resource CD into your CD-ROM drive. Find the CD/DVD drive where

the installation CD was placed. Open RNX-N150PCe folder, and double-click

Setup.exe. Then the following screen for preparing setup will appear.

2. Follow the step-by-step instructions screen to complete InstallShield Wizard

steps.

Note: If Windows Vista warns about Windows Logo testing, click Install this driver

software anyway to continue the installation.

G. Configure wireless connection in Windows Vista

After the Adapter's driver has been installed, Windows Vista will display a wireless

Network Connection message. Icon

(green)

means the connection has been

established. Icon

(gray)

means there is no connection. To use Windows WLAN

Autoconfig to establish a connection, please follow the steps below.

1. Right-click the icon

in your system tray, then click “Connect to a network”.
